As an appraiser, my goal is to work with lenders & homeowners to provide realistic values for real estate in east Tennessee. From my perspective, writing an appraisal report is more than crunching numbers and putting a few photos in a report.
Homeowner
The appraisal process can often be difficult for the homeowner to understand. Knox Home Worx is here to walk you through the valuation process and explain the appraisal process from the different approaches to value to the highest and best use for the property.
Lender
Often lenders are on the other side of the country and have never stepped foot in the local market. My goal is to illustrate the subject through not only photos and a sketch, but also substantial narrative to paint a picture in regards to the unique features of the subject and how it competes with other properties in the market.
